Diane Brines

Information Development Outreach Worker

Based in the Alloa Carers Office, Diane's role provides support, advice and information to carers in the identified data zones in Clackmannanshire.

She raises awareness of carers needs and issues and to promote services that will be of benefit to them and networks with existing services within Clackmannanshire.

Sharon Campbell

Information Development Worker

Provides information, advice and support to carers; produces quarterly newsletter; publicises and promotes activities of the Carers Centre; facilitates Bo'ness Carers Information and Activity Sessions.

April Carstairs

Information & Admin Worker

Provides a wide range of information & administration support to staff across all three offices (Carers Centre, Alloa Office and the Befriending & Young Carers Projects).

Jenni Fulton

Information & Support Worker (Parents)

Organises Parents Groups; provides support and information for parents of children with special needs; responsible for the production of the Information Pack for Parents of Children with Additional Support Needs.

Pat Gallagher

Carers Health Liaison Community Worker (Stirling)

The Carers Health Liaison Community Worker is part of the NHS Carers Information Strategy Project and this post aims to:-

  • raise awareness of the needs of carers with NHS community based staff
  • inform carers of their potential right to a Carers Assessment
  • provide identified carers with information and support, or refer on as required
  • promote the principle that carers are recognised and treated as key partners in the provision of care

Claire Graham

Young Carers Befriending Co-ordinator

Develops and delivers a befriending service for young carers in Falkirk and Clackmannanshire.

Holly Hoskisson

Befriending & Young Carers Projects Manager

Co-ordinates the Carers Befriending & the Young Carers Projects which includes the telephone befriending service and befriending for young carers. Responsible for the recruitment and training of volunteer befrienders.

Julie Knight

Admin Worker, Befriending Project

Provides admin support for Befriending & Young Carers Projects. Julie also provide part-time Finance support to the organisation.

Catherine Laing

Young Carers Schools Liaison Worker

Works with schools in Clackmannanshire identifying and supporting young carers.

Fiona Lamont

Young Carers Sessional Worker

Assist at young carers groups.
