Young Carers Can

The Young Carers Can... programme was developed to support Third Sector/not for profit organisations to provide fun, social and structured activities that will improve well-being and aspiration of young carers in their local area, through tackling social exclusion and improving self-esteem.

The second round of funding for this programme launched in October 2012 and received a fantastic 112 applications.

This programme is currently closed to applications. We anticipate that the third round of funding will launch in Summer 2013.
